With the completion of Outram Community Hospital, SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) will have the largest pool of healthcare professionals in the Intermediate and Long Term Care (ILTC) sector. The Assistant / Manager will set up and oversee planning & coordination of the operational, manpower and administrative matters of the Education Office. He/ She is expected to identify educational and training development opportunities within the Intermediate and Long Term Care (ILTC) sector - including reviewing landscape analysis of the ILTC education resources, needs, stakeholders and opportunities. He/ She will ensure the SCH Education Office plays a pivotal role within SingHealth (SingHealth Residency, Group Education, the Academic Medicine Education Institute (AM.EI), Regional Health Systems) and the community.

He/ She will also drive partnership development and administrative support in collaborations with local/ overseas institutions (e.g. developing MOUs, collaborative and clinical placement agreements, funding support, etc) – including Ministries and government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, and other ILTC partners on ILTC training matters. He/ She is also expected to lead in key educational initiatives such as curriculum development, conference programme development, and organisation and faculty development activities.
