Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and execute marketing communications for delivery of key messages to target audiences.

Formal Education & Certification

• Degree in Marketing/Commercial Business, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of facilities & administration operation.

As a Case Manager, the job requires you to:

1. Create and Individualised Care Plan for each and every resident; and work towards addressing their psychosocial needs through care and counselling, eventual rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.

2. Assess the residents' needs and risk profile in case planning.

3. Operationalise the care plans for residents and work with other professionals and non-professionals involved in the care of residents.

4. Monitor the residents' progress in the Home and to review their plans six monthly.

5. Conduct induction session with new residents within 3 days upon admission.

6. Conduct home visits for a safety assessment of the home leave environment prior to allowing residents to go on home leave with their families.

7. Conduct monthly counselling session with residents and address issues accordingly.

8. Contact and utilise community resources on residents' behalf, and to serve as a link between the resident and these resource systems.

9. Refer resident to community agencies for post-discharge support at least one month before discharge.

10. Educate and assist staff to better understand the social, emotional, and health issues of the residents

Requirement

1 A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling

-Handled atleast 2 end to end Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM Cloud implementations/ large transformation on Oracle SaaS cloud in the last 5 years.

- Overall Project Management experience of Oracle ERP Implementations for over 12 years

- Overall experience of IT project management of over 15 years.

- Handle Large multi year Transformation as PM and highly proficient in handling Customer C-Level team, Management team and reporting accurate status.

- Conduct review meetings, Monitor, Close Track of action items, Report status accurately and timely.

- Responsible for the P&L, track milestones, manage sign offs of the milestones

- Manage all key communications with customer IT team and Business users.

- Manage vendor team / sub con team who are joint implementation partner

- Expertise in Oracle Unified Cloud Methodologies, implementation phases

- Managing a team of over 40+ strong onsite+offshore team

-Oracle Fusion ERP GL/AP/AR Implementation Specialist Certified

-Worked on minimum 3 end to end Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Financials Implementations as finance functional lead.

- Capable of detail Solution Design / Hands on expertise across all the finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects, CM, Expenses, FAW-ERP)

-Overall experience of 12 years in end to end Oracle ERP implementation as finance consultant
