Job Description:

• Prepare plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Confirm color schemes for projects.
• Quantify layouts for project specifications.
• Place orders for project materials and components.
• Prepare handover materials and checklists for project completion.
• Develop the master project schedule and ensure all work progresses in line with the set timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all aspects of project works.
• Inspect ongoing site work to ensure quality aligns with the provided drawings.
• Attend site inspections and coordination meetings to facilitate smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
