JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Volunteer Manager on Recruitment and Onboarding of Volunteers.
• Facilitate in Volunteer Deployment.
• Support and execute programs and initiatives with volunteers for our residents.
• Generate report and statistics.
• Organize festive events, village gatherings.
• Stand in for volunteers to lead certain games, art and crafts etc.
• Volunteer Evaluation and Appreciation.
• To undertake tasks as assigned by Volunteer Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on 1 weekend per week to support volunteer programs.
• Able to commit at least 4 days per week (part-time).
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Good organisational ability, is resourceful and is able to see project from inception to completion.
• Discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable council/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & other creative software is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Candidates are expected to:-

• Perform lookout duties on the craft:
• Handle craft's mooring ropes during berthing and unberthing;
• Assist passengers in their safe embarkation and disembarkation;
• Maintain cleanliness of the deck, engine room and wheelhours of the craft; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should preferably:-

• Possess at least GCE N/O Levels, Nitec/Higher Nitec qualifications; and
• Be willing to perform shift work.

*Monthly salary as advertised is basic salary. Monthly gross salary includes night shift and special transport allowance, productivity incentive and meal allowances where applicable.

RECEPTION: Registration of patients and management of the queue system.

Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments for clinic patients and specialist referral appointments.

Must be Computer literate- able to operate Clinic Management Software, Microsoft Word

Able to write and send emails.

Able to trace and file case notes.

Must be conversant in English and Mandarin.

CLINIC DUTIES:

Able to wear Personal Protection Equipment as required.

Manage Laboratory specimens - track sent out lab specimens, handle and trace incoming laboratory reports (if necessary), contact patients for follow up of investigations.

Able to do simpe screening/take clinical parameters for patients eg Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Eye sight ( Training will be provided)

Dispense medication and collection of payment( cash and cashless)

Able to operate the cash register and cashless payment system.

Able to resolve daily accounts.

Able to clean and sterilise medical equipment (handle Autoclave Machine). Training will be provided.

Able to assist the doctor in certain simple clinic procedures.

Able to assist in cleaning and disinfection of clinic premise when required.

Able to Assist in ordering of stock and data entry of incoming stock.

Able to Handle and pack incoming medical stock.

Able to stock take medication and medical supplies.

Responsibilities:
• Performing the Job of a HR and Admin Assistant.

Overview

As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development team under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience. Candidates with sufficient leadership experience may have some supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategy/plan to develop the healthy precincts under your care

The Marketing & Student Recruitment Assistant Manager will shadow the Head of Student Recruitment and work closely to increase and achieve course (enrolment) targets per intake. The candidate will provide support to execute all marketing and student recruitment-related activities to promote the course.

The candidate will be trained and supervised focusing mainly in the areas of conversion [leads to application], marketing and lead generation, events, and admissions.

While under training, the Marketing & Student Recruitment Assistant Manager will be responsible specifically on first-level conversion (outbound and inbound calls, setting up Info Sessions and meetings, conversion of leads to applications) and will be given targets to mainly increase applications. At the same time, will contribute to leads generation from other platforms and initiatives; establish and maintain databases and leads management, but not limited to execution of marketing plan, digital marketing, events, and co-ordination with relevant departments such as: digital team, creative and communications team and admissions team and other ad-hoc which will bring value to the organization as well as to her growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

A. 60% - First-level prospect conversion (leads to applications)

· To directly communicate with prospects to promote courses, via calls (inbound and outbound), emails, SMS, and whichever form professionally acceptable, to establish interest of prospects for EMBA to qualify them as leads, converting them from leads to applications.

· To build and maintain strong pipeline of prospects for Head of Student Recruitment to convert to application and enrolment.

· To assist in pre and post student services and follow-up.

B. 30% - Marketing-related, Events-related and Collateral’s preparation

· To support and work closely with Head of Student Recruitment in planning, executing, and attending of marketing events, such as Info Sessions, course fairs, association engagements, road shows, student-recruitment and alumni related events.

· Along with the Head of Student Recruitment, you will be required to coordinate with the Creative team, and Digital team in preparation of required collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing page, etc.

C. 10% - Admissions and others

· To provide support in gathering and collecting all documents from student

· To follow up with scheduled instalment plans

· To prepare reports and other related documents as required in relation to recruitment for TEQSA.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably marketing or sales-related course.
