Responsibilities

• Email correspondence to/with schools and parents’ enquiries. May need to follow up with calls to explain or clarify information given.
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits. Training will be provided.

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, General ledger, Financial Reporting, Forecast, and Budget.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns for the clinics within the deadlines and accurate monthly accounts closing.
• Processing payments to the suppliers and ensuring payments are authorized
• Billing of invoices to inter branches for drugs or manpower transfer and intercompany billing
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation listing for all clinics
• Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and bank statements

Requirements:

• A recognized Accounting Diploma or Finance Degree. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
