Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer service activities include order management, customer communication, manage customer complaints.
• To ensure that customer inquiries/ concerns are well managed and communicated in a professional manner.
• Communicating effectively with different functional teams in the business and support functions including Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Quality and Market Management.
• Managing customer service activities through the SAP system, or other required applications and practices in the business.
• Managing special handling tasks for electronic customers including consignment activities, blanket purchase order management, customer website transactions, data bundle activities, forecasts and replenishment orders, stock reconciliation and other special requests for the business.
• Run reports periodically for clean desk policy focus, such as open order, billing blocks, ATP escalation, etc.
• Proactively reach out to customers on open orders which are due and push for deliveries & update customers on orders & delivery status.
• Submit debit and credit memos request as required and liaise with billing team.
• Manage accurate pricing in the sales orders and ensure pricing complies to business rules and SOX rules.
• Manage and coordinate customer returns such as full container, empty container, refurbishing container, customer owned containers.
• Manage automated data bundles for custom certificate of analysis.
• Generate weekly / monthly inventory / shipment status reports for various customers as required. This includes participation in meetings pertaining to inventory levels / incoming shipments status.
• Support product allocation and ensure order size optimization.
• Submit invoices to the customers (1 DN = 1 invoice), via email or customer portal / Ariba
• Perform issue, download, and upload invoices to customer portal.
• Coordinate with customer service and sales for incorrect billing/dispute.
• Support audits activities by yearly basis.
• Create debit / credit memo upon receive approval from commercial.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in any fields
• At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment management and customer service
• Experience in SAP
• High attention-to-details
• Proficient in MS suites such as MS Excel

Role Purpose:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, CPF and tax reporting’s as per local statutory guidelines.
• Provide human resource services in compensation & benefits, HR planning, HRIS, HR strategy as well as initiate & implement any global HR projects, guidelines and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

Payroll Management (80%)

• Manage and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure timely & accurate processing of monthly payroll, filing of statutory contributions &/or tax clearance as well as posting of general ledger within the stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain data accuracies and alignment between HRIS and Payroll Software.
• Liaise with internal & external auditors on headcount and payroll matters.
• Handle internal customers’ queries, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner.

Compensation and Benefits Management (10%)

• Review and improve the current process in providing solutions to support HRBPs and internal customers.
• Administer employee benefits including leave, medical records, insurance claims, flex-benefits program, employee relations and welfare matters.
• Complete salary and benefits surveys with statutory organizations &/or associations on quarterly basis.

HR Business Partnering (5%)

• Support Country HR Head and HRBPs in providing HR strategies/services and advice to business units that align with the organization’s strategy.

Expatriate Management (5%)

• Review and improve the current process in providing solutions to support HRBPs in the long-term.
• Work with Global Mobility Team and manage the assignees’ remuneration package and contracts, ensuring their smooth transition into Singapore prior to the commencement of their assignments.
• Liaise with tax consultants on their tax matters throughout their assignment period.

About the Role:

You are responsible for creating and driving data privacy and data governance initiatives for a digital bank that seeks to offer inclusive banking services to customers based on a strong foundation of data innovation, privacy and trust.

As the Data Privacy and Governance Lead Specialist, you will be involved in creating and implementing data privacy and governance policies, processes, systems and tools, and the bank’s data architecture to ensure enterprise data is securely stored, documented and managed effectively. You will partner with various parts of the bank to drive initiatives to embed privacy into the bank’s products and process design, and provide advice on compliance with data protection requirements.

The role involves:

• Implementing the bank’s data protection management programme, including the development, review and implementation of data protection related policies and processes
• Implementing the bank’s data privacy risk management, including working with business units to conduct data protection impact assessments to identify, assess, mitigate and review data privacy risks.
• Partnering business, compliance and risk teams to provide advice to support business units in the development of products and business initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Implementing effective training and communications initiatives to increase staff awareness of data privacy and governance in the bank.
• Implementing the bank’s data privacy management systems, software and tools to effectively oversee and monitor the bank’s processing of personal data and management of consent.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience and strong understanding of data privacy and involvement in implementing data governance activities and processes in a large organization, preferably in the banking, financial services or digital services sector in Singapore.
• Ability to adopt practical approaches to effectively balance business with compliance requirements.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements of data, and manage the technical implementation of data privacy management systems and software tools.
• Sound understanding and technical experience in data management, including metadata, data access and data quality management, familiarity with Big Data components & Data Warehousing concepts, preferably in SnowFlake.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who excel in creating engaging and effective curriculum materials.

While your primary responsibility will be curriculum development, you will still be required to teach, albeit less frequently than the coaches, as your main focus will be Curriculum Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Curriculum Design: Spearhead the development and refinement of educational materials by setting and revising questions that align with curriculum objectives.
• Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with educators to integrate innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Preparation of Coach Copies: Direct the preparation of Coach Copies with detailed solutions and streamline the presentation of complex concepts to foster a deeper understanding among students.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic adjustments in curriculum design and delivery.
• Continuous Enhancement: Regularly assess and improve curriculum materials to cater to the diverse needs of learners.
• Educator Support: Provide training and ongoing support to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.
• Teaching Responsibilities: Conduct classes, ensuring that the curriculum is effectively delivered and that students are engaged and learning, though with a lesser teaching load compared to coaches.
