• Support the compilation of post operational reports for internal (lessons identified & learnt) and external (marketing & case study) purposes.
• Follow and adhere to Crisis24 security, response & client standard operating procedures.
• Retain and understand a familiarisation of Crisis24 services.
• Provide day to day support and guidance to new front-line staff and Security Specialists, ensuring consistency, competence & efficiency in security related response handling and operational tasks.

Voyage Operations Activities

• Administer charter party and transportation agreement terms to manage operational aspects of shipping LNG for both long term and spot contracts.
• Liaise with various parties to verify compliance of the voyage requirements, (e.g. Ship Shore Compatibility status, applicability of Conditions of Use).
• Prepare and issue voyage orders to assigned vessels, agents, and owners.

• Manage bunker replenishment program for assigned vessels.
