Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer service activities include order management, customer communication, manage customer complaints.

• Support product allocation and ensure order size optimization.
• Submit invoices to the customers (1 DN = 1 invoice), via email or customer portal / Ariba

Role Purpose:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, CPF and tax reporting’s as per local statutory guidelines.
