Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to join our logistics team in the West region. In this role, you will manage shipping documentation, coordinate import and export activities, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage large volumes of shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, Airway Bill) in line with daily schedules.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents while complying with industry standards and company regulations.
• Coordinate with forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of import shipments to the warehouse.
• Act as the point of contact for shipping inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
• Generate operational management reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Manage daily operations of up to 3 Business Resource Centre (BRC) spaces
3. Create and Update Business content for onsite and digital platforms

Requirements

1. 2-5 years of relevant working experience with a recognized university degree. A business-related discipline is preferred

Run or assist to run programmes at up to two (2) evening events per month (on weekdays and/or weekends) whether onsite at any NLB or NLB partner premises or online (between 6.00pm up to 9.00pm) when required by NLB.

Work during weekends from 9.00am to 6.00pm including to run or assist to run programmes for up to two (2) days per month when required by NLB.

Good verbal communication skills to conduct/assist in the conduct of workshop training using NLB database and other user education sessions

Good research skills and able to synthesize and present information succinctly

Planning and organizing skills

Good writing skills for creating relevant content for the BRC digital platform

Good knowledge of the business needs of aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, professional freelancers and small businesses

Able to provide customer service when providing advisory services (onsite and online) and interacting with patrons onsite at the BRC Spaces
