This role will play a key function in preparation of packing list for all projects as well as inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with your team to understand status of equipment planning for each project.
• Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to Engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
• Understand equipment which are away and supposed to be part of the packing list once arrive back to the base and track them to ensure tested and prepared.
• Follow up with engineering and warehouse teams to update the serial numbers of requirement in the packing list as they prepare.
• Keep the packing list updated for any changes required by client or technical manager.
• Share the final packing list Logistics team to ensure they have the completed and final version of packing list for their communication with external (i.e. Shipping agent or clients) and preparation of shipping documents.
• Work closely with the warehouse team with quality control process by random cross checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before departure of the shipment.
• Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.
• Support your team with for maintaining inventory by recording SNs of newly purchased CAPEX and removal of written-off CAPEX.
• Labeling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards
• Assist in Physical Inventory Process

Requirements:

• Preferably degree or diploma specializing in materials planning/ business studies/accountancy
• Work experience in materials planning, accounting, or inventory management will be an advantage
• Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisation and record keeping skills
• Meticulous and has a keen eye for details
• Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to learn and acquire knowledge
• Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced work environment
• Any experience working with audio/visual equipment is an asset

Working days/hours: 5 Days (Retail Hours)

Location: Islandwide

Responsibility

• Overseeing store opening and closing, as well as managing daily sales deposits.
• Attend to customers enquiries and recommend accordingly
• Supervising inventory levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and managing the return cycle according to protocols.
• Supervising the store's workforce, training and to achieve KPI goals
• Improve existing work procedures and processes.
• Handling paperwork and participating in budget planning activities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma holders
• With 3 years of Retail or Supervisory Experience is preferred
• Has experience in Supermarket environment has added advantage.
