• Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
• Location: Novena
• Contract Period: Till Jun 2024 (extendable based on performance and business needs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
