Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Forms Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables through matrix management of buyers, planners, and production control. Collaborates with engineering team to interpret engineering requirements.
• Under some supervision, creates, releases and updates new project materials strategy.
• Sourcing: Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).
• Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.
• Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).
• Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators . Tracks total landed costs targets.
• Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.
• Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Have at least 4-6 years of digital project management experience using Agile methodology (SCRUM preferred)
• Experience in managing Adobe Experience Manager-based portal rollouts and maintenance, good understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components and dialogs is highly preferred (*please elaborate on your experience with AEM if you have*)
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale digital project deliveries

• Coach scrum teams to define Minimum Viable Products’ objectives and scope, develop project plans and track project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create and maintain product backlog

Job Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science, information technology or related fields
• At least 5 - 6 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Engineering
• Extensive work experience as Scrum Master, with in-depth knowledge on agile tools (eg Jira, Confluence)
• 1 or more of the following certifications:
• Certified Scrum Professional
• SAFe Program Consultant, LeSS or Lean Methodologies
• Familiar with AWS components and services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage Pilot Manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet target milestones.
• Resolve business process operational issues between the Business Unit, Pilot Operations, and Volume Production.

• Engage Engineering team to analyze design and identify product improvements for enhanced volume manufacturability.

• Exposure to Semiconductor Industry is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of Strategic Customer Quotes.
• Work closely with Corporate Product Managers and Strategic Sales Account Managers to maximize gross profit margin and achieving excellent customer service.
• Works directly with suppliers to obtain the most competitive quotes to support sales and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Review the quote ensuring that we work to meet the original quote strategy and customer expectation.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field.
