Role Summary

This role will report to Head of Global Macro.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage macro fixed income portfolios with an active approach

· Track record of translating Fixed Income macro views into positive alpha across DM and EM principally in Rates and FX markets

· Formulate and construct directional and relative value investment strategies in Rates and FX

· Develop the firm’s global macro and broaden global fixed income capabilities

· Work closely with other fixed income team members and collaborate with the broader Investment Group to assess investment opportunities in the macro portfolios

· Contribute to the investment process including strategy formulation, portfolio construction and mandate compliance

· Support business development efforts, which may include marketing pitches to prospects and clients

· Work with Business Development and Product to identify solution to clients/investors (with consideration of clients’ risk profile and investment objectives) and help to further grow fixed income AUM

Education Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a relevant discipline

· Preferably a CFA charter holder

Experience and Skills

· 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing capital from hedge funds/proprietary trading background

· Strong understanding of risk, portfolio construction and cross asset correlation

· Possess deep understanding of global fixed income, particularly on global FX and rate markets

Responsibilities:

• Develop environmental related policies, standards and guidelines in support of sustainability strategy for implementation in Markets.
• Oversee the collection, monitoring and reporting of environmental data using cloud-based data management platform across Sembcorp’s global operations
• Responsible to manage and deliver accurate and timely reporting of environmental data for Sembcorp’s annual sustainability report, raters (i.e. CDP) and external stakeholders as required, in accordance with international standards and frameworks (i.e. GRI, GHG Protocol, ISSB, etc.)
• Conduct internal data review and liaise with external auditors on data assurance and timely closure of reporting gaps
• Perform data analysis, develop benchmarking, translate environmental data to value-creation use cases and share best practices to support Sembcorp’s sustainability goals
• Drive digitalization of environmental data collection and reporting program
• Collaborate with markets and cross functional teams to establish sustainability priority and understanding, and ensure proper execution of group wide sustainability programs to reduce carbon footprints and climate risks
• Provide training, build capability and support Markets on relevant environmental sustainability topics and initiatives (i.e. sustainability reporting, environmental and social screening, physical risks assessment, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability and engineering discipline
• Experience: At least 6 years’ experience in sustainability, energy and sustainability related works

Skills:

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and frameworks (i.e. GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, CDP, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in GHG accounting, quantification and verification (i.e. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064.3, The Climate Registry and/or other accounting standards also helpful)
• Experience with cloud-based environmental data management / carbon accounting software and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and presentation using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Access and/or Power BI is desirable
• Conduct research on latest international policy and/or technology development in the area of decarbonisation, circularity, net zero pathway, etc.

The Operation Manager, Food and Beverage assists the Assistant Director, Food and Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. • Understanding of Marketing/Sales concepts and strategy

A Stage Manager supports and organises all the different teams involved in the day-to-day running of a theatre production from rehearsals right through to performances and then post-show. They liaise and communicate with the full company and organise each team to ensure the smooth running of a production.

• Create and set up rehearsal schedules
• Managing furniture and props
• Arrange costume and wig fittings
• Liaise with all theatre departments and collate information
• Create a prompt script compiled with notes on Actors’ cues and requirements for props, lighting and sound
• Make alterations to the set and props between scene changes
• Cue the lighting and Sound Technicians
• Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances
• Call Actors for rehearsals and performances
• Maintain props, furniture and set during the run
