Job Scope

• Ordering of office stationery, office pantry & supplies, office packing material
• Process, Distribution, Turbines, LNG spare parts
• Creation of quotation for spare part inquiry from customer
• Processing of order/PO from customer
• Open of SO/WO for customer
• Open of PO to CS France (occasionally CS USA, UK, China)
• Packing of parts for customer’s orders from Singapore stock which involve printing staging list, work order label, inventory adjustments
• Processing of consignment notes – DHL, UPS, TNT & forwarder for all delivery of shipment from Singapore
• Monitor and follow up on all delivery schedules ex Cs France for customer’s order
• Monitor and packing of incoming parts for delivery to customer in Singapore and combined with partial stock from Singapore stock to customer
• Coordination with CS France on delivery schedule, missing parts, wrong parts delivery for customer’s order
• Processing of customer’s requirement on issue of Certificate of Origin/Quality
• Open proforma Invoice for Customer’s order on advance payment
• Checking on payment details transaction with bank - Accounting

Job Profile Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the overall BAU operations to ensure that all processes are in place and running effectively and efficiently. This includes being central point of contact for managing the overall partnership with the Bank and to ensure all processes are in place and identify synergies across projects and initiatives to facilitate collaboration.

Job Description:

• Devise and execute customer/product propositions/strategies to raise productivity within Personal Wealth Banking segment
• Devise and execute customer, product propositions and strategies with the Banca Team.
• Work closely with the Bank’s stakeholders (Cluster Heads, Team Leads and Banca Managers) to ensure achievement of bancassurance targets.
• Identify sellers who require additional coaching or skillsets to achieve higher production targets.
• Devise coaching methodology and conduct effective coaching sessions.
• Spearhead conversations with internal stakeholders to enhance sellers’ productivity and tools availability.
• Ensure the fulfilment of expectations that is set for Personal Wealth Banking.
• Analyse sales and productivity data to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and derive action plan to drive performance across segments and channel.
• Analyse, influence and lead action plans in accordance to segment and channel strategies.
• Analyse and compare the present state of products, processes, and applications for improvements.
• Collect and interpret segment performance statistics and other relevant data.
• Assist the management and other teams to draw business goals and needs

Education:

• Degree in Finance/Business relevant fields of studies
