. Provides daily support to site manager and team

. Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, document scanning

· Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval

· Good communication skills in liaising with inter departments

· Relevant experience in admin/payroll work will be an added advantage

· Preferably with working experience in the construction industry

· Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy

· Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams

. Assist new staff to register facial data in biometry attendance system

. Prepare staff attendance report to the management when required

. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· Ensuring good report and maintaining positive relations with the residents to work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities

· Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes

· Excellent people management & interpersonal skills

· Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Management

• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of policies and procedures and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Supervise and mentor senior social workers and staff, oversee performance management, and facilitate professional development.
• Lead the development and evaluation of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and service delivery standards.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements and implement quality assurance processes.

Community Engagement and Development

• Conduct assessments to identify community needs and gaps in service. Make informed decisions on program development and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the agency in various capacities.
• Lead outreach initiatives and advocate for community needs and resources.

Casework and Supervision

• Provide oversight and support for complex and high-risk cases. Supervise case reviews and document/report using SSNET/other systems.
• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to social workers, ensuring practices are aligned with best practice.

Research and Evaluation

• Identify and oversee research projects to enhance service delivery.
• Lead the evaluation of programs to measure impact and inform strategic planning and program development.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation and facilities management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor/Postgraduate Diploma/Master in Social Work or related field.
• Additional qualifications in management or leadership are advantageous.
• At least 8 years in social work, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in strategic planning, up-to-date professional knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and effective organizational skills.

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

CREST works with clients aged 18 years and above.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Programme Coordinator/Social Work Associate works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

• Assist to plan, coordinate and execute outreach activities to educate the public, seniors and partner stakeholders on dementia and mental health awareness.
• Assessment and review information and referral service and monitoring of clients with mental health needs, and dementia.
• Networking with community partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma required for Program Coordinators. Diploma in Social Work will be preferred for Social Work Associates.
• IT literate.
• Good communication and social skills to work with different people.

• Strong interest in empowering and preserving the dignity of people at-risk or with mental health conditions including dementia.
• Able to converse in dialects preferred.
