• Create and maintain HR-related frequently-asked questions (FAQs) on the intranet and HR chatbot.
• Keep the HR Support Centre knowledge database updated.
• Prepare regular and adhoc reports for management analysis.
• Participate in activities to promote the services of HR Support Centre, such as the design of posters and roadshows.
• Assist with HR Operations work matters as assigned, such as follow up with vendor on background screening report for candidates, respond to reference check requests received for former employees, verify vendor invoices and prepare information for audit exercises.
• Identify potential areas of improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to improve productivity, enhance work quality or meet service delivery gaps.
• Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical

Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS,

Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites.

Assisting the Electrical Service Department in providing

technical support to our staff, customers and dealers.

Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in

accordance to company’s best practices.

Planning and monitoring the project to ensure successful completion

within planned timeline

Perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipments.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and trouble-shooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer

project team, supplier, sub-contractors and clients.

Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail

drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

Prepare, submit and follow up with applications to the relevant

authorities or building management where required.

Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).

Assigned with other job duties and functions as may be instructed from

time to time by your superior or the management.

Requirement

ITE or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

1 year of experience in project management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid Singapore driver's license (if applicable).
