Main duties and responsibilities include:

HR Duties

· Support HR team in daily HR operations relating to employee lifecycle

· In charge of onboarding and offboarding processes

· Handle payroll and benefits administration

· Collaborate with managers to coordinate training programs and initiatives.

· Organize employee learning and welfare programs

· Support the implementation of employee engagement activities

· Streamline and improve administrative workflows.

· Provide assistance in managing employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Admin Duties

· Greet and attend to visitors

· Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/courier/deliveries

· Arranging travel and accommodations for business travelers

· Managing maintenance contractors such as fire safety, pest control, etc.

· Responsible for daily office operations and admin tasks assigned by HR Operations Manager

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma/ITE qualifications, specializing in Human Resource Management is an advantage; with at least 3 years related experience

· Good customer service attitude

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Working knowledge with payroll systems

Cook food items accurately to specifications.
• Assist in the accomplishment of tasks within the time frame given.
• Ensure mise-en-place are replenished before each meal period.
• Monitor the food par level after each meal period.

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
• Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees
• Assist in coordinating all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes, including serving as point of contact for external vendors, updating and maintaining schedules in addition to any other requirements for supporting a learning event
• Arrange in-house/external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal/external courses and seminars
• Verification of invoices and payment for invoice
• Other ad-hoc other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC /Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 2-3 years experience in construction / marine sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs
