Salary Range: $4,800 to $5,200 (Depending on experience)

Purpose of Role:

The IT Projects and Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day to day technology operations and project application deliveries.

The main responsibility is to ensure that all project management, deliverables and supported operational work including applications and productivity tools are met with the business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of entire project landscape of application projects and operational management.
• Accountable for the day to day organisational technology productivity and ensuring end to end service delivery and management.
• Provide strategies and lead implementation for the efficient management of IT project operations.
• Manage team’s project and operational day to day activities
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management and production readiness for new environments

• Incident Management: delivery of 24x7 high performance service, reduction of incidents (zero incident strategy), minimize recovery times.
• Problem Management: structural resolution of incidents by delivering final fix based on RCA, leverage the problem management globally, reduce investigation time, drive improvement plans.
• Oversee the operations/ support/management of products/systems/ applications/services in meeting business objectives/ goals.
• Manage related IT procurements, assets and audits
• Oversee vendor relationships; ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues
• Ensure compliance with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and project management disciplines.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Enterprise Application Project Management Experience
• Have manage teams and carries a strong leadership mantle.
• Familiar with platform based large-scale IT ecosystems.
• Good technical knowledge in software applications
• Experience in handling project schedules, budgeting, delivery and management
• Strong vendor and internal stakeholders management skills
• Demonstrate experience in project life cycles

• Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps methodology and tools
• PMP and ITIL Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance in running of spa workshops.
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily menu for all meals consumed by the children and staff in the centre.
• Strive to ensure food served to children are balanced and met the dietary guidelines for children

• Purchase ingredients used in daily cooking.
• Ensure that the food is prepared in a clean and hygienic way.
• Ensure meals served are on time.
• Ensure that kitchen/cooking area are well cleaned after cooking.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the centre during the absence of the Centre Attendant (Cleaner).

• Agile product development experience.

Nice to have:

• Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Indonesia vs Singapore (regulatory too).

• API /WAM experience.
