RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates are expected to:-

• Support the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection and onboarding;
• Manage foreign workers’ administration matters such as application and renewal of work passes and their dependent passes;
• Support in the administration of the company’s Human Resource Management System (“HRMS”), Peoplesoft, which includes processing disciplinary, creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records; and managing benefits and compensation on HRMS;
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters such as insurance administration, processing of invoices, office administration and processing of relevant government subsidies;
• Assist in training and development matters such as registration of courses, updating of training records and following up on relevant training subsidies;
• Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies; and
• Participate in HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should preferably: –

• Possess at least a minimum in Higher Nitec in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource or equivalent;
• Have at least two years of good working experience in HR shared services;
• Be familiar with HRMS, preferably Peoplesoft;
• Be highly meticulous and attentive to details;
• Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
• Have good organizational, analytical and communication skills;
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving; and
• Have good knowledge in Employment Act and statutory requirements
