About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The HR Manager will play a fundamental role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development. The HR manager is also responsible for delivering seamless HR operations across all regions with a focus on office management, employee data compliance, payroll, staff training, coordinating and reviewing engagement surveys and benefits programs.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a HR Manager with a proven track record in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives and you will be located in Singapore

About the interview process

Summarized Purpose:

• Provides support to investigator sites, monitors, department, business unit or function through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials.
