Job Description

• Collects, consolidates and prepares HR reports and other reports for HR planning.

• General HR Support: Assist in the developing, documenting, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide support in onboarding, employee relations, employee contract renewals, benefits/welfare administration, engagement events, performance management, and any other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with experience in data analytics, process automation, HR vendor management, and work pass administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications and Microsoft Power Automate, with a positive attitude towards continued learning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven presentation for decisions.
• High level of organization, resourcefulness, great time management, and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customer.

As a HR Manager with QXY Resources, you play a key role in developing the human capital capabilities within the organisation to support the scaling up of the business. growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

• A college or university degree, preferably in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in a Human Resources role in a similar industry will be advantageous..
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with autonomy.
• Good organizational and project management skill.
• Clear understanding of Singapore statutory laws and labor regulations.
