• Proven work experience as a Stage Manager or similar role

• Consulting with management and software developers to determine software solution requirements.
• Evaluating software solutions and system performance, as well as supervising the software development team.
• Demonstrating patience and using effective explanations when mentoring junior software developers.
• Managing the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
• Determining system specifications and analyzing test stage data prior to software installation.
• Managing the installation and configuration of software solutions.
• Collaborating with front end users on software functionality.
• Resolving software deployment and integration errors, and documenting processes.
• Performing routine maintenance and monitoring performance metrics.
• Keeping abreast of new software technologies, as well as conforming to best practices in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate growth strategies and action plans to expand market share by increasing the number of patients and boosting sales per patient.
• Analyze market size and evaluate the competitive landscape, including competitors' offerings and growth strategies.
• Monitor market trends and proactively identify emerging market needs.
• Identify value propositions and align business strategies with the evolving needs of patients.
• Perform marketing ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Create social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
• Devise plans for corporate and marketing strategies, fostering relationships with entities such as corporates, schools, and insurance companies.
• Lead the introduction of new services/projects and collaborations through effective championing.
• Research and identify business opportunities, exploring new income streams and establishing partnerships.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing strategies and activities aimed at achieving mutual goals.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a related qualification.
• Possess 2 years of experience in business development or marketing,
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully developing revenue strategies.
• Exhibit strong execution abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and proficiency in project management.

Responsible for the acceptance expansion in a region or territory. Serves as the regional subject matter expert regarding acceptance in the target market based on knowledge of partners, industry trends, and competitive environment. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

Ensures agreements are tracked and action taken if planned delivery is not on schedule. Documents, monitors, and reports on the performance and status of acceptance.

Maintains knowledge of partners, industry trends, and competitive environment.

Ensures all internal functions effectively support the delivery of the account objectives.

Develops proposals and negotiates agreements to maximize acceptance growth.

Manages and builds relationships with new and existing partners. Maintains a sales pipeline and recommends actions to close gaps. Manages, budgets and forecasts processes.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field

8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Strategy, or related field

In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Strategy, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Working Location: Central / East / West / North

Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour

Able to commit immediately till end April 2024 (Subject to extension)

Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their enquiries on schemes and services of the company

• NO SALES INVOLVED

• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• GCE ”O” Level and above

• Preferably with Customer Service experience in the service industry

• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers

• Excellent team player who is task-orientated

• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
