Job Description:
-Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization.
- Analyse workload of each project and task
- Adjust master schedule of each project
- Gather Business Requirement from business users and draft relevant documents (e.g. Business Requirement Definition doc, workflows) and corporate with business user to complete the documents.
- Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department, the template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc) and the project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
- Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)

Requirements:
- Business Analyst experience (Over 3 years)
- Business Requirement gathering & definition experience (Over ２ year) related to Financial Industry
- Documentation experience in project management context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
- Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management(ITSM) (e.g. ITIL)
- Business level Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Support team leaders by managing daily operations and maintenance for the Singapore based IT applications, ensuring adherence to established change control procedures.

- Contribute actively as a member of the Application team, engaging in creative problem-solving and cooperation with peers.

- Provide L2 and L3 support to users across front, middle, and back office functions.

- Document and report production issues (PRD incidents) to the leads, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them and escalating to higher management when necessary.

- Enhance the stability of the production environment by refining current processes and controls as needed.

- Implement system and application updates through project work, following the project lifecycle from start to finish.

- Uphold a high standard for documentation, managing and versioning records for all system updates, regardless of project type/size.
