Job Description:

As an IT Infra Engineer, you will assist with implementing, managing, and providing ongoing support for the system, IT infrastructure, and suite of business applications. Leveraging your expertise and broad knowledge of the technology stack to provide effective online, telephone and onsite technical support with internal and external parties in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Description:

• Liaise with internal and external parties in day-to-day operations and incident Management.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• With fair knowledge in IT risk management frameworks, policies, processes, and other procedures set by NETS.

Requirements

Roaming IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Server/Desktop Technician to join our team and provide technical support for our organization’s server and desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, troubleshooting and optimizing server systems.

At least 2 to 3 years of experience.

Expected to do shifts.

It would be an advantage to own a motorbike.

Salary : $2k to $4k ( depending on qualification and working experience )
