• Update Company’s IT Policy and ensure compliance
• Provide day to day IT support to end-users within the company
• Provide IT support for Vessels via remote tools or vessel visit if required
• Support and ensure normal IT server operations within the company and vessels
• Maintain and update Office Hardware inventory
• Administer Company's Marine ERP's
• Ensure that backup and replication is done for ERP's and office servers
• Collaborate with other Business Units on new technological needs or expand uses for existing technologies to increase functionality or efficiency if required
• Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Aftersales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our own building facilities, ensuring all systems are operational, and supervising vendors during renovations. This role requires hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and building works.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine checks and maintenance on electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air, and chilled-water systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to keep the building in daily operational state. Supervise vendors during renovation projects to ensure a smooth transition to new areas and maintain quality standards. Maintain good housekeeping in AHU (Air Handling Unit) and switch rooms to ensure cleanliness of equipment and site. Work with contractors and vendors to carry out scheduled maintenance and supervise work on premises to ensure quality, cost-effective repairs and renovations. Perform hands-on repairs for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works, and building works as needed.
