Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RFQ and source for new suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and to meet other business requirementDrive and deliver cost savings projects to meet Cost Savings KPI.
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate and execute purchasing agreements with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet cost, quality and on time delivery performance.
• To work closely with production planners as a team to manage demand and supply, and to avoid stock-out situation.
• Effectively communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders to support and meet the stakeholders’ and business requirement.
• Develop and update purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
• Ensure all purchases are in compliance with purchasing policy and guidelines.
• Perform and maintain procurement related transactions and records in SAP.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any field
• Familiar with SAP MM Module
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to cope with stress

Responsibilities:

A. Customer Service

1. Process Customer Orders

- Prepare sales order, purchase order and delivery order.

- Request for product samples.

2. Follow up with customer on order forecast/update delivery status

- Tracking document, sales report (CS Verification).

3. Handle customer enquiries/feedback (via email, attend to phone calls).

B. Shipping and Logistics

1. Shipping arrangements

- Prepare container cubing list.

- Liaise with forwarders for booking of continers and trucking arrangements.

- Ensure shipping documents are complete (from affiliates/working partner).

- Prepare shipping documents.

- Assist in cost control: freight rates comparison and provide monthly updates to management.

- Negotiate with forwarders to get the best rates.

2. Delivery arrangements

- Coordinate with working partners on delivery arrangements.

- Check delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.

- Understand transportation cost and plan schedule to maximize profit.

3. Inventory planning and forecast.

C. Sales/Accounts Support

1. Billing - prepare invoice, prepare documents for submission to Accounts Dept.

2. Prepare purchase invoice, A/P and A/R.

3. Prepare RFQ and sales quotations.

4. Prepare sales reports for sales team as needed.

5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Autocount System: order process, accounting, inventory, generating reports such as sales report, sales by agent, monthly sales analysis and customer data history.

2. Proficient in Microsoft application.

3. Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay with both internal and external stakeholders in Southeast Asia and China.

4. Good learning agility and time management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out detailing in Autocad and in house system
2. Carry out reinforcement mesh and precage detailing in Tekla, Autodesk and excel
3. Able to do reinforcement bar and mesh quantity take-offs
4. Able to design use Tekla/ Revit to do reinforcement detailing
5. Able to carry out site coordination regarding Drawing clarification
6. Able to produce shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections and bar bending schedules etc)

• Familiar with BIM/ Autodesk/ Excel related software

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align brand initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Monitor social content and working with agency in content creation, ensuring consistency in brand message and visual elements across social platforms.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, competitors’ activities and pricing strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and manage external partners to maximize brand exposure including sponsorships, sampling activities and events participation.
• Liaise with suppliers in POSM development, sourcing of premiums that are aligned with branding objectives and distribution to internal team for timely execution of trade execution.
• Assist in managing monthly expenditure and accrual reports.
• Handle CRM to answer consumers’ enquiries, feedback, complaints and work closely with Quality Assurance team on complaint reports and arrange for product exchanges.
• Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering agreed activities for both marketing and administration support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG marketing with a good understanding of the full marketing mix and product life cycle management
• Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Positive attitude, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management and organizational skills
