PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the system and network administration for all IT systems thus providing a reliable platform and foundation for all IT business applications. Responsibilities include efficient and effective performance of all computer hardware, operating systems, cabling, networks and communication and IT infrastructure.

JOB FUNCTION

1. Responsible for Level 1 & 2 IT Infrastructure support, and all aspects of desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals which includes implementation, patching, installation and configuration.

2. Administering, maintaining, and managing the computer systems - Operating Systems and Communication Systems.

3. Maintains documentation regarding security and service records relating to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

4. Document, track, and monitor issues in a ServiceNow helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.

5. Support and maintain end users account information including rights, security and systems groups.

6. Responsible in managing the data integrity, maintenance and ensure daily data is successfully backup and restore when and there needed.

7. Manage and update all IT assets records periodically.

8. Maintaining and supporting hardware, software and operating systems which in line with the goals and standards of the corporation and IT department policies. This includes installing and upgrading OS of PC hardware and software.

9. Conduct periodic maintenance, audit and compliance for desktop PCs and notebook.

10. Providing support for all office automation products, off-the-shelf application packages, users computing functions and email messaging.

11. Facilitate and liaison with all outsourced vendors for all application remote support and Move-Add-Change requests.

12. Ensuring computer and information security by implementing relevant procedures and standards.

13. Periodic update all Desktop PCs and notebooks to latest security patches and firmware. Conduct regular or quarterly end users’ computer audit and preventive maintenance.

14. Any other work assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A diploma or degree holder preferably in Computer studies, Networking or Communications with at least 3 years working experience in the IT industry. Should be a team player and a reliable, responsible and diligent person that possesses initiative.

• Min. 3 years hand-on experience in administrating Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange, MS Azure and other system related equipment.

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' success by managing client relationships, providing project management support for website development and EDM campaigns, assisting in market research, campaign management, content production, budgeting, timeline management, scoping of projects, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Management Support:

• Shadow an Account Manager or Director to gain experience in managing client relationships.
• Learn and eventually lead conversations with clients to deliver on briefs and campaigns.
• Assist in liaising with clients on WIPs, meetings, reporting, requirements gathering and general client relationship management.

2. Project Management Support for Website Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and objectives.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for website development projects.
• Coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Project Management Support for EDM Campaigns:

• Assist in the planning and execution of EDM campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Create reports and summaries for clients on EDM campaign results.

4. Budgeting:

• Collaborate with clients to establish project budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Provide regular budget reports and updates to clients and internal teams.

5. Timeline Management:

• Develop and maintain project timelines for all assigned campaigns and projects.
• Ensure that projects stay on schedule and meet client deadlines.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues in project timelines.

6. Scoping of Projects:

• Work with clients to define project scopes and objectives.
• Clearly outline project deliverables, goals, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project scopes are feasible and align with client expectations.
• You will shadow and AM/Director at the start to learn the process before doing it independently.

7. Market & Consumer Research:

• Collaborate with senior leads to develop consumer and brand research.
• Assist in the creation of creative ideas, messaging strategies, campaign planning, and user journey mapping.

8. Campaign Management and Strategy Support:

• Work closely with the Account Manager/Director to oversee campaign life-cycles
• Contribute to media plan/editorial approach development for clients.
• Plan, monitor, and assist in implementing multi-platform campaigns.
• Generate regular weekly/monthly reports for clients.
• Maintain communication with media, tech, creative, and senior leads regarding client briefs and updates.

9. Content & Creative Production Support:

• Actively participate in content strategy and art direction brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute content and creative strategies.
• Create and validate content calendars, mockups, and final creatives with clients.
• Produce regular (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and ad-hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, organise meetings, and ensure project components are delivered on time and within budget.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the Director of Food & Beverage in the day-to-day operation of the department as required. Duties also include handling the calendar and administration support for the Food & Beverage department.
2. Manages communications, draft correspondence and other business memoranda, creates presentations, proofread, edits and formats business documents, coordinates office functions, confirms appointments and conducts research.
3. Schedules departmental meetings, takes minutes and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required.
4. Assists and supports staff events as appropriate, such as leadership meetings, staff receptions, etc.
5. Establish and maintain professional and effective communication channel within the Food & Beverage department and the other departments.
6. Follows up in the implementation of the policies and procedures of service of Food & Beverage department.
7. Maintains all documentation related to Food & Beverage department audits
8. Update and maintain an efficient e-filing system for the Food & Beverage department.
9. Cash/Bank Handling (if any)

- Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and
policies.

- Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops).

- Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any
discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

- Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.

- Transport bank to/from assigned workstation, following security procedures.

- Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and
resource materials; and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.

10. To ensure and follow established procedures and compliance as per LSOP guidelines.

11. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
