You will be working in a commercial kitchen preparing inflight meals for airline clients, with the following responsibilities:

• To work with shipping companies suitable schedules, negotiate with carriers and finding the best rates for all sea and land freight shipments.
• To review all shipping documentation ensuring compliance with company standards and trading regulations.
• To execute all incoming and outgoing shipments, including customs declaration, transport planning, project cargo handling, terminal service handling, bonded warehouse handling, dangerous goods handling, shipments tracking and billing.
• To assist/advise client on site where required.
• To coordinate with insurance companies and ensuring that cargo is covered for damage or loss during transportation.
• To monitor shipment at every stage of the shipping process, communicate with customers regarding shipment details and delivery schedules.
• To assess carrier performance based on customer feedback and implementing changes where necessary.

• Holding a valid CAAS Part 66 (Cat. B1) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License with the above-mentioned aircraft type ratings is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency in reading/writing)
• Good customer relationship skills

As a Security Officer, you’ll be implementing safety and security policies in accordance with IHG standards – emphasizing to remain alert at all times to team members. The Country Manager/ Branch Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations and management and to support the company’s strategic short and long terms regional growth plans.

The role and responsibilities of the GM/Branch Manager include the following:

1. Develop, review and refinement of the business strategy, execution of the strategy to obtain/maintain a leading position in the market place.

2. Growing the revenue/profit for the Branch with new business and existing business.

3. Client Management, working closely with the respective management team and HOD, to

· Review SOPs regularly and keep it up to date.

· Review, understand customers’ KPI requirement, facilitate implementation and ensure compliance

· Manage customers’ expectation through regular review and KPI measurements internally
