The Manager, Global HR Operations will report to the CHRO and play a crucial role in integrating the HR business function towards MNC standards and Globalisation. Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, review, propose, enhance, implement, and execute new initiatives, work processes, and policies to support business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in handling Indonesia Payroll, and familiarity with regulations there.
• Led the end-to-end implementation of a comprehensive HR Information System (HRIS)
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience at same capacity performing international HR related matters.
