• To create, conduct and/or coordinate professional sharing and training, case consultations, individual and group supervision, training programmes and continuing education for personal and professional development to stay current and relevant in practice.
• To lead the team of social workers and engage in evidence-based practice, keeping up with research findings on relevant practice areas, and tracking current trends of the disability sector.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Social Work
• Must be registered with SASW as a Registered Social Worker
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Disability social work or experience in working with families of special needs will be an added advantage
• Ability to do Needs Assessments and address the needs using various modes of intervention like groupwork, case management that involves casework and counselling, creating and conducting relevant programmes
• Proficient in MS Office
• Dynamic team player with great interpersonal and presentation skills

We are looking for Speech and Language Therapists to be a part of our dynamic trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals which comprises Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Physiotherapist, and (Associate)/Psychologist. The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients andformulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized/ group therapy programmes
• Apply pediatric and early intervention evidence-based practices in the intervention programme for clients
• Keep updated of development and research in areas pertaining to pediatric speech therapy
• Be part of the transdisciplinary team of therapist, social workers and psychologist in the programme
• Conduct workshops and training for both internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Master in Speech and Language Therapy(listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)

• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and kitchen fixtures

• Emptying all trash cans

• Washing and wiping of glass doors

• Liaising with Supervisor to ensure that you always have sufficient cleaning products

• Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process

• Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily

• Ensure sufficient handwashing Soap & Toilet rolls in restroom
