RESPONSIBILITIES

A Houseparent provides high quality of daily care, supervision and ensures the well being of the residents.

Ensures house rules are followed by residents and recommends measures to mitigate risk to the residents. She conducts activities for clients to promote independence, health, wellness, and quality of life and provides guidance to residents on personal and social skills, academics or work skills.m

Maintains up-to-date documentation of residents conditions and care treatments and also provides inputs for the development and review of care plans.

A caring, patient and responsible professional who possesses good leadership and team management skills, the nursing aide works in various voluntary welfare organisations, communities and institutional settings.

Provide client care

• Provide personal care assistance to residents in their daily living such as toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming and ensure the residents good personal hygiene at all times.

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• 3 years and above experience as QS
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

• Consult customers before and after treatment.
• Perform facial treatments on customers.
• Upsell skincare products.
• Update customer records regularly.
