Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities in the office of Singapore. He/She should be comfortable being hands-on with transactional finance work, ensuring timely and accurate month end closing and assist in the management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting activities. Job Scope

This position reports to the Head of Department and plays a pivotal role in advancing the digital presence and marketing efforts of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Web Management:

• Oversee and manage web-related activities with experience in content management tool,Interwoven or Hybris.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to :

Financial Tasks:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
