• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
• Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

Role Summary

The main purpose of a Shipbroker is to act as a specialist intermediary/negotiator between shipowners and charterers to arrange ocean transport of goods and commodities by sea, the employment of a vessel or to buy/sell ships on behalf of a client. What you will be doing

• Instigate, arrange and negotiate deals, including relationship building to develop business
• Daily contact with ship owners and charterers
• Maintain a database of daily market activities and keep track of vessel positions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CLASS 2 Boiler Attendant registered under MOM

Reporting to Accounting Manager based in Singapore, you will be responsible for the daily finance operations and timely financial/management reporting, tax and audit for the ASEAN and ANZ operations. You will also be partnering closely with global shared services (located in Pune, India), sales and marketing, Services, etc. in the running of the daily operations and ensuring compliance to policies and controls. This position level would typically include junior Data Analyst performing mostly tasks that do not require prior extensive experience.

Project to transition complex database from Access to SharePoint/Power BI.
