• Interdisciplinary Team and Design Coordination - Responsible for overall design deliverables and coordination with interdisciplinary design team.
• Generates/Supports Development of Design Deliverables including Specifications, Data Sheets as well as supporting Design narratives.
• Adheres to Project/ design scopes of work for each project and alerts Client and Management about changes or requests for additional services.
• Generates/Supports Development of Equipment Requisitions & Works’ Packages for bid.
• Generates/Supports Development of techno-Commercial Bid Analysis
• Coordinates Review of vendor submittals and documents
• Coordinate with Client and provides design team with required input
• Sees that satisfactory relationships are maintained with internal and external team - clients, consultants and other project team members.
• Provides site support on projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of Process/Mechanical engineering design experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Bio-Pharm industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience of Interdisciplinary Design Coordination and Client/Internal Team Management.
• General knowledge of Bio-Pharma Process system design and applicable codes in Process/Mechanical engineering.
• Strong Design background and Technical focus
• Has a demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to manage Design/Engineering deliverables on Bio-Pharma/cGMP Clean Industrial projects,
• Good Verbal and Written Communication and Problem solving Skills are essential
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Nutraceutical industry experience is required.
• AutoCAD experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team, you’ll provide mentorship as an integral part of your role for the department.
• Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business' HR needs
• Assessing and identifying the gaps in its HR needs, you lead project initiatives to address the business' gaps in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, staff engagement, etc
• Review and improvement of policies are also part of the work, you initiate reviews and formulation of policies relevant to the business' evolving needs. The work encompasses a mix of strategic elements and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations. Some examples of HR initiatives you will helm are implementation of HR system, process streamlining etc
• Diligent in establishing a more structured approach to HR in terms of policy work and issues handling.

Requirement:

• Degree in HRM with min 8 years of experience in managerial role
• Prio experience in leading a team
• Strong experience in driving HR transformation in companies
• Proven to be operationally hands on, a change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
