POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe and empathetic pharmaceutical care for our in-patients as well as our out-patients
• Reconciliate and review medication orders
• Dispense and counsel patients on medication prescribed by doctors

What the role involves:
