4. Customer and Vendor Management:

• Work closely with key customers to ensure product features, delivery timeline and quality meet their requirements.
• Respond to key customers’ technical feedback and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify and engage with external partners, factory vendors, and suppliers for product design, development, testing and manufacturing.
• Establish cost efficient RMA processes with clients and vendors.

5. Innovation and Research:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hardware technologies, AI, and preventive health to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for hardware solutions, keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance the company's competitive position.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients, vendors, software development, data science, and product management teams to align hardware solutions to company’s goal and values.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate hardware features and benefits to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate research partners and institutions on the research and development that potentially create next generation preventive health technologies.

7. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor junior CE Product Engineers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a team lead role with at least 5 years experiences in consumer electronic product development.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the consumer electronic or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity or deep interest in wellness, health and AI will be an added advantage.

Regular regional travel to vendors, partners and customers’ site is expected for this role.

Job Description:

1. To perform packing of goods accordingly to work instructions/shipment requirement.

2. To perform and control store general admin data entries and ensure proper store admin duties (if any requirement) of (Standard Operations Procedure- SOP).

Summary
The Flight Dispatcher is responsible for providing technical crews with operational information like weather, notams, flight plans, etc., required to operate aircraft safely, legally, and punctually while maximum payload at minimum cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check/ compile all operational and flight movement messages pertaining to the flight and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Obtain/ analyze/ prepare operational flight plans
• Obtain/ analyze/ prepare all relevant aeronautical/weather information and check against airlines' operating requirements
• Ensure air traffic control (ATC) Flight Plans are filed with the appropriate authorities
• Liaise/coordinate regarding Flight Release, fuel figures, aircraft serviceability.
• Maintain flight watch on company VHF frequency and monitor flight progress.
• Calculate/ determine aircraft weights and performance limits
• Brief outbound crew on all operational matters pertaining to flight
• Handles Crew Administration, including arranging for crew HOTAC, transportation, allowances, alert & pick-up times, and any other crew matters.
• Maintain/ upkeep airlines’ manuals/ files and airport publications/ notifications
• Perform control duties, and weight & balance duties
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in English & Math
• Must have knowledge of aircraft weight & balance with supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aviation industry
