3. Handle stock inventory count every 2 months and ensure stocks are recorded in order
4. Gather all information and update the new assets into AMS – Asset mgmt. system
5. Responsible for Data Centre provisioning (racks, power, cooling)
6. Handle all the maintenance contract, ensure all the equipment is well maintenance by direct OEM (Original Equip Manufacturer)
7. Update FM defects tracker for Data Center and follow up with main-contractor
8. Source for quotations, compare quotes and assist in preparing purchase request
9. Coordinate with vendor on A&A (additions & alterations) project works, ensure the works does not impact any operation
10. Support Yearly HT shutdown maintenance and energy management system

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or related engineering field) and above
• Data centre facility operation background
• Experience in dealing with customers and vendors management
• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)

Requirements:-

Male applicant must complete National Service

Residing at the east zone of Singapore

Minimum GCE 'O' or "N' level

Speak and write good English

Computer knowlege is essential- Microsoft office etc

Able to work late if required

Working hours: Mon-Fri 0900-1800 hours

Sat 0900 - 1300 hours

Job Summary

Manages all aspects of developing proposals and responses to client requests at the country and/or service line level (or project complexity levels 1 to 3). Ensures the proposal is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality whilst maintaining a focus on providing a solution that meets our client's needs, whilst adequately understanding and managing HSSE, financial, contractual and technical risk. Works in close collaboration with sales/BD, technical and project management teams. Manages the proposal development team, as well as the proposal approval process (where applicable). • Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements
• Coordinate and compile of all aspects of the tender in accordance with processes, client bid requirements and tender deadlines, including liaison with internal departments and preparation of robust tender costing
• Maintain communication with client and support in obtaining client feedback on tenders submitted

About you:

• Degree in Engineering
• Sound knowledge from performing an offshore role is preferable
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and work well to demanding deadlines under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the company
• Pro-active, positive and flexible approach to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
