As Customer Service Officer, you are the face of HoST to our customers. Your tact, sensitivity and professionalism strongly influence customer satisfaction and HoST’s prosperity. You partner with the sales team to generate sales, provide excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operational support to your customer accounts.

• Processing of orders received from customers
• Creation of Sales Orders in AX
• Delivery Improvement, pull in & push out Request processes
• Advanced billings and tracking of payments for all accounts (Cash / PBD) under his/her care

You'll be responsible for circulating suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting. Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Assist in managing high-impact national projects, such as launching sectoral playbooks and a national online job evaluation tool.
• Coordinate meetings with internal departments, vendors, and industry partners.
• Support Partner Managers in facilitating governance meetings, documenting and sharing minutes.
• Assist in developing project deliverables and reporting decks (PowerPoint).
