• Support overall operational and business solution activity including processes, layout, material flow, storage/inventory management, planning and reporting activities
• Support document creation of specific solution in conjunction with global, regional and site owners
• Contribute to and/or facilitate requirements workshops as needed
• Define and own the global template solution operationally in line with industry BKM (Best Known Methods)
• Identify and manage risk to program objectives from operational perspective
• Communicate and drive ops process work packages with country implementation teams, ensuring aligned outputs

Qualifications

• Operational management experience across FMCG operations both forward and reverse including various technologies and system
• Ops Subject Matter Expert
• Develop and build virtual teams
• Able to articulate operational principles to the team
• Knowledge of a wide variety of operation types
• An understanding of different routes to market e.g., Retail, e-commerce etc.
• Effective communication and presentation
• Work well under pressure, and able to handle internal and customer demands effectively
• Analytical and logical approach
• Good and positive attitude
• Team player
• Flexible to travel for business trips
• Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools
