• Well-versed with aircraft maintenance documents such as MPD, Approved Maintenance Schedule (AMS), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Part Catalogue (IPC), etc. to understand task card requirement. Knowledge of the different aircraft systems and familiarity with aircraft diagnostic tools such as Aircraft Health Monitoring (AHM) and Airman would be an advantage.

• Must be familiar with SAP & MS Office suite of products

As a Marketing Intern at Rapsodo, you will support the development, management, and execution of Rapsodo’s commercial and marketing omni-channel strategy across the company’s international markets including the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Assist in managing international e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Google Shopping) 
• Create & optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media 
• Conceptualise social media content for chosen markets 
• Design & manage regular email marketing campaigns 
• Analyse & report on digital marketing data via Google Analytics & other platforms 
• Collaborate closely with international teams in US and Turkey 
• Assistance across various ad hoc projects in marketing partnerships, media collaboration, and other key areas as assigned by manager

Job Objectives

Design and develop both optoelectronics devices and integrated photonics sub-system platforms. Devices includes but not limited to SOA, gain chips, FP lasers, DFB lasers (CW and DML) and SLEDs. Photonics integrated platforms include but not limited to photonics integrated circuits, Silicon-based integrated platforms, standard/custom packaged modules, as well as optoelectronics sub-systems (i.e. includes both optical and electronics sub-modules) to meet design goals and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform simulation of optoelectronic devices (CrossLight, ALDS, Optiwave), optical ray tracing (Zemax, Optalix), thermal (Solidworks) and electrical (5Spice) properties of optoelectronics devices
• Analysis of optoelectronics device epi growth, participate in wafer fabrication process integration, mask design integration, device functionality and reliability performance characterization and test results.
• With reference to state-of-art competitors, simulated performance and data-mining internal test-results database, you will refine the design, fabrication specifications, and simulation model and parameters to optimize fit between design and measured outcomes.
• Report generation of design and simulation outcome with support of experimental data, where available
• Build up database of optoelectronics device design white papers, and management of all design documentation repository
• Responsible for leading/co-leading programs with several major global players in the development of photonic integration solutions to support the Silicon Photonics platform for datacom and sensing applications.

1. Development will be beyond simplex monolithic integration with regrowth for spot size converters and array devices, towards multiple functionality PICs incorporating active devices of lasers, modulators and detectors with passive devices of waveguides, polarizers, MMI splitters and optical filters.
2. Development of multiple functionality PICs designed to be compatible to Silicon Photonics to form a larger scale integrated System-on-a-Chip component.

• Lead and manage qualification and transfer of product to manufacturing upon development completion.

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

Masters (in semiconductor based light emitting optoelectronics preferred)

Minimum Experience

Minimum 10 years’ working experience with technical background in optoelectronics and wafer fab processes in optical laser component, photonics device system and sub-system

Proven working experience in optoelectronics design and development and program/project management in the photonics manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

• Execution of AWBs and Closing of daily Console
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers
• Attend to daily job issues (Amendment of Weight, AWB, etc)
• Monitor daily Console timing as to ensure cargo up-lift on time
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Contractors as to ensure smooth flow of cargos transfer from Warehouse to Terminals and arrange collection if needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of Airfreight Export operations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Duty Manager (Ramp)

• Assist in docking and undocking of Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB)

• Ensure accurate and safe handling at Aircraft Site/ NMEs, PLB and Headset Functionality

• Perform Foreign Object Debris Sweep (FOD) to ensure there is no obstruction to PLB path

• Ensure Headset/PLB function is carried out in accordance to CAG requirement

• Dispatch incoming baggage to the Arrival Baggage Sorting Area, Interline BTs to the Interline Sorting Area and cargo in transit for aircraft to aircraft transfer

• Engage/disengage PLB to aid passenger embarkation and disembarkation

• Perform Marshalling duties in the event PLB malfunctions

• Conduct checks before clearing all non-motorised equipment and unused containers from the parking bay

• Report any accident involving the equipment in the course of duty

• Manage payroll processing for 500 headcount including new hires, termination, OT Computation, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and benefits administration, employee claims etc.
