• Support on in-house adaption of banners

As a Learning & Development (L&D) intern in Bosch Training Centre (ASEAN), you will be supporting the operations and learning initiatives with the following tasks:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including and not limited to, room setup, participant communication and vendor management.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes and support in the communications of these learning initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications.
• Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed in a timely manner.
• Research and propose new, engaging and innovative learning activities, technologies and content to enhance our existing materials
• Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate some of the on-site sessions.
• Support other HR and L&D projects whenever necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling post fixture voyage claims
• Manage invoice issuance and post-fixture voyage claims in accordance with contractual term.
• Handling hires and other claims of ship owners.
• Collaborate with Finance team on operational profitability, budgeting variances, and basic financial accounting.
• Time charterers and pools contract management.
• Voyage profit and loss analysis and reporting
• Follow up with counterparties for timely payment and keeping records of outstanding amounts
• Monitor Shipping portfolio to ensure accurate market exposure management

Our team is expanding and we're looking for someone who:

- Has a Diploma/Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council

- Has minimum 3 years' experience working as an occupational therapist, specialisation in paediatic practice is a bonus

- Must be willing and keen to work with the paedatric population

- Knows their areas of specialty or areas of interest (what sparks joy)

- Has extensive knowledge and exprience working with the neurodivergent population, preferably in a multidisciplinary team

- Is fluent in English with strong report writing skills (fluency in another language is a bonus)

- Enjoys learning and working as a team

- Has completed trainings, or is willing to complete trainings in child-led, non-compliance-based approaches, e.g. DIR Floortime

- Is open to either a part-time or full-time position, and a hybrid working model (clinic-based and home-based sessions)
