Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Asia. Business Need / Purpose of Role

The Marine Survey and Inspection Division (MS&I) is tasked to promote and strengthen the company’s capability as a

Responsibilties:

• Monitor IT networks, server systems and commercial clouds.

• Single point of contact with customers/users, resolver groups, third party service providers and other departments

• Answer hotline calls and respond to e-mails within agreed timescales and SLAs

• Take ownership of incidents/service requests reported by users, track the incidents/service requests and ensure closure within agreed timescales

• Maintain documentation and comprehensive records of issues and problems

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher NITEC in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Electrical/Electronics/ Telecommunication

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred

Objective Summary – Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsible for conducting due diligence reviews for new accounts, and ongoing periodic customer reviews in line with MAS regulations, Group directives and local policies. This position reports to the Head of AML/CFT.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence (“CDD”) and documentation reviews for the onboarding of new clients and periodic account reviews.

You bring to us:
