• Greeting and Bidding Customers Farewell
• Lead Customer to their tables
• Present Menu to Customer
• Inform Customer of Daily Specials and Take Order
• Serve Food & Beverage Order
• Clear & Clean Tables
• Any Ad-Hoc Duties that may be assigned by the Manager
