• Enable Patient Journey Partners to tailor communications and campaigns to customers. Lead the development and execution of the communication campaigns and strategies, owning the collaboration with the lab.
• Ensure all business activities within the ecosystem comply with relevant company SOPs, PHARMA Code of Conduct, iFPMA, Symphony (and of equivalence) and are of high ethical standard.
• All team members act as network navigators, leveraging synergies and existing solutions from the international Roche network, and transparently share outcomes, identify synergies, combine efforts and share learnings with the network
• Engage with customers as required, in alignment with the respective primary point of contacts, to validate market insights and customer needs, and drive assigned initiatives / work packages
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.

Competencies

Skills & Experience

• Proven knowledge and skills in Marketing, including Digital Marketing (digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, content marketing, data analytics)
• Significant experience in a commercial/marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Significant customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare, preferably with strong local market understanding
• Proven effective leadership in cross-functional teams
• Experience in agile ways of working and methodologies preferred
• Cultural and organizational agility, comfortable with and track record of operating and influencing in all directions in a global network/matrix environment
