The Chinese Media Group (CMG) is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Brand Executive (Radio Promo) to join its Branding & Marketing (B&M) team. The B&M department is responsible for co-developing and implementing CMG’s products brand strategies, as well as driving effective marketing and communication plans to create strong brand value; these include Lianhe Zaobao, Shin Min Daily News, ThinkChina, ZBSchools, HeyKaki, UFM100.3, 96.3 Hao FM etc.

As a Senior/Brand Executive (Radio Promo), you will be primarily responsible for UFM100.3 in its local branding, marketing and event needs, while working closely with the rest of CMG to identify and tap on cross-promotional opportunities. You are expected to:

• Develop a thorough understanding of CMG and its brands’ mission and business goals, especially UFM100.3’s.
• Plan, manage and execute all marketing, promotions and event plans with accuracy and timeliness while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders i.e. DJs, producers, designers, social media, business development, ad operations etc. to ensure smooth planning and delivery.

Scope of Works:

1. Provide quality customer service and excellent support operation to a billing system and report system for an e-procurement portal and meet key performance indicators.
2. Perform billing operation, report operation, change management, user education, incident management and problem management.
3. Handle in-bound calls and emails and to co-ordinate work with internal teams and external users.
4. Manage any incidents raised and track them to their closure escalating such incidents where required.

Job Purpose:

To assist the Finance Department in daily Finance Administration and Operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Accounts Payables and Receivables Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining accounts payables and receivables.

2) Expense Allocation: Charge expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice and expense reports and reviewing posting entries.

3) Commercial Card Expenses and Cash Advances: Manage timely payment of monthly commercial card expenses and issuance/settlement of cash advances for staff

4) Timely Payment Management: Ensure timely payment to vendors, grantees, and staff

5) General Accounting Duties: Assist with general accounting tasks, including posting purchase quotes, purchase orders, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipt/payment journals

7) Finance Document Management: File and organize finance documents according to standard conventions
