What You’ll Do (Responsibilities and Duties):

• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues.
• Prepare reports & present recommendations to external stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma level.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal), customer centric mindset and problem solving ability.
• Computer savvy (MS Office, CRM system).
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in leading a team of customer service and general administration team (same service of commercial vehicles) or similar trade (automotive/logistics/industrial).
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• MS Office Skills.

General Description (Job Scope)

• To take charge of the warehouse daily activities.
• To lead the program to achieve company and program’s objectives To be responsible for the operating cost and ensure profitability of the program.
• To lead and motivate staff to achieve suppliers and customers objectives.
• Identify and schedule training for the warehouse administration staff.
• To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety.
• Ensure Quality Policy and Objectives are understood, implemented and complied by the staff.

Specific Accountabilties

• Recruitment of staff.
• Take discipline action on staff when required.
• Approve staff leave, medical leave and taxi claim.
• Approve requistion on items for packaging for warehouse usage.

Skills Required

• Computer literacy.
• Good human and management skills.
• Knowledge in presentation software.
• Good analytical and management skills.

Experience & Qualification

• At least 3 years related experience in managerial capacity.
