• Handling user inquiries related to hardware, software, and networking
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
• Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
• Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other computer peripherals.
• Able to work independently
• IT helpdesk /IT support experience desirable.

Job Scope:

• Assist employment recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct training and development activities.
• Assist in payroll activities
• Manage employment compensation, benefits and welfare programs.
• Assist in employment performance evaluation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with payroll experience for more than 200HC will be advantageous.
