The Senior/Facilities Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a facility, focusing on maintenance, safety, and operational needs. This role involves managing day-to-day facility activities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supporting a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel for repairs and installations.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and regular servicing.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Manage facility inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of essential items.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist with budget preparation and manage expenses related to facility maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with cluster entities on monthly MIS. Draw out reports and run analysis. Collate the MPR reports for the region for cluster review
• Track Price and margin matrix for entities
• Prepare daily sales dashboard for the region
• Tracking of SLOB movement across entities monthly
• Inventory tracking and Freight cost analysis
• Manage the complete supply chain operations within the target lead-time
• Receive, verify, and process orders from clients and partners, send Purchase Orders to suppliers and blending plants
• Follow/monitor the Order to Delivery cycle for each Purchase order & invoices to enable
• Complete all related documentation for supplies to enable payments and follow up for payments with customers
• Prepare management reports as well as analysing statistical data and KPIs
• Coordinate with Sales & Production for monthly forecast
• Address and resolve issues (delay, quality) and work closely with the front-line teams to ensure the best supply chain solutions

Job Requirements:

• Professional experience 3+ years, with relevant functional experience
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or or related field
• Working knowledge of SAP system is a must
• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
• A high level of attention to detail

Job Description & Requirements

* Reporting to the Project Manager, plan and advise management on accident prevention, safe work methods, legal requirements affecting safety and health.

* Prepare forms to be implemented at the workplace such as safety checklist, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Safe Work Procedures, etc

* Deploy Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programmes.

* Ensure that all safety compliance and processes adhered to by all workers.

* Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and subcontractors.

* Able to communicate to all levels and attend to daily site meeting.

* Identify unsafe acts or practice and promptly correct any unsafe condition or practice with implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

* Conduct safety committee meetings and safety audits for management reporting.

* Maintain HSE controls and process within Company’s policies and government’s regulations

* Ensure and conduct daily toolbox meetings at worksite.

* Conduct safety training / briefing such as familiarization on Risk Management’s standardize procedures to the respective site team

* Establish quality safety management policies and procedures.

* Ensure Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is applied within site at all time.

* Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations.

* Responsible for effective site administration which includes site safety and control of materials on site.

* Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Superior.

Requirements

* Min. Diploma in engineering on electrical / mechanical

* Possess a valid registration with MOM.

* Familiar with ISO documentation

* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry

* Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines and shift work, if required

* Able to work independently with positive attitude

* Possess good leadership and organisation abilities

* Good communication and computer literate

* A team player who is hands on and meticulous in his work
