The Sales Operations & Upgrade Operations Manager is a key member of the Asia Gas Power Sales Operations & Asia Upgrades team. The individual will report to the Sales operations leader based in Singapore in running the commercial/sales operations/upgrades operating routine, support strategic business growth initiatives, pipeline deal progress with linkage to MOR, upgrade material management and pipeline generation support in the most effective, optimal and lean manner. The role requires implementing both long-term and short-term business objectives/initiatives, coordination across multiple functions, countries & time zones (requiring the candidate to work centrally in Singapore to navigate the different time zones in Asia), maintain solid partnership with functional experts within the Asia Sales operations & Asia upgrades team, in driving growth and meeting the goals and objects set by the Asia Pole.

Required Qualifications

• You would possess a Degree in Economics from a local or internationally recognised university.

This position will be responsible to support CIOO IT Finance Management functions. You will be required to work closely with CIOO Institution Services and Cluster Finance teams and Group Finance teams, as well as various departments across Synapxe and cluster office.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery within the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage the delivery of network projects composed of metro/long-haul systems and fiber, leased wavelengths, circuit adds/moves/changes/disconnects, power, cross-connects, inside plant fiber, and more from inception through delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple network projects with competing priorities, and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status.
• Engage with external vendors for network build services, liaise with engineering staff to determine root causes and solutions, and present the team's analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management.
• Assist upstream planning, design, and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, priorities, and delivery date expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in project management with network infrastructure and capacity delivery.
• Experience in network engineering or related technical roles in the telecommunications or internet industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of project management in the deployment of terrestrial or subsea optical network infrastructure engineering design and construction projects.
• Ability to identify opportunities for and drive cross-functional process improvements across the organization.
• Ability to manage project priorities and technical resources and have relationships with multiple partner-teams, directors, or vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to solve issues with a data-driven analytical approach.
