We are looking for a Facility Management Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of building systems and infrastructure.
What you will do
Facility Management System and Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance
- To manage and maintain the operational integrity of facility systems (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire) to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently
- To oversee maintenance and facility operations with a focus on cost control and budget adherence
- To manage and maintain facility assets, ensuring they are in good working condition and effectively utilized.
Facility Management System Integration and Project Management
- To integrate and optimize building systems through advanced technologies and automation
- To plan, execute, and oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.
Sustainability and Cost saving initiatives
- To implement and oversee sustainable practices and energy-efficient technologies within the facility.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Project and Facilities Management
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or engineering
- In-depth knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong building management system, building automation system and energy management system background
- Ability to conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA Safety Certification, are beneficial.
Personal competencies
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Strong project management skills for overseeing facility improvement project
- Effective communication and leadership skills for managing teams and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
